AI consulting. Know what to build next.

You want to use AI but need to know where it will help. Our AI consulting assesses value, feasibility and effort. You get a reasoned order of work, directly from the developers who can build it.

The decision before development

What our AI consulting helps you decide.

Which task offers enough value? Is the data available? What would delivery involve? We assess your ideas against real workflows and identify the missing foundations.

Find the opportunity. We examine where recurring work takes time and which changes could help.

Choose an approach. Better software, fixed rules or an agent: the task determines the solution.

Decide the next step. You understand the scope, requirements and expected value.

I did not want a tool that dictates how I work. Today the system maps my workflow, and the AI moves within it inside clear limits.

Built in the project

  • A custom CRM built around customers, households, properties and cases.
  • Existing information brought together for day-to-day work.
  • An AI agent for research and operational tasks within defined permissions.
  • Business AI access with contractually agreed data processing terms.

Today I can describe what the site should do myself, and it gets built. Before, I would have needed someone every single time and paid a lot of money.

Built in the project

  • A website the client can keep developing with AI.
  • Clear rules and reusable components give the agents their context.
  • An SEO agent analyses search data and implements changes in the project.
  • A separate agent reviews the results before publication.

Four steps to a plan you can act on.

Four stages, direct collaboration

First the need. Then the feasibility.
Then your decision.

01

Look at the work behind the idea.

You walk us through a typical case. We establish how often it happens, who is involved and where time goes. Your AI consulting starts with a concrete situation and a goal we can check.

Which work takes the most time?
How often does the task occur?
What would make a useful difference?
Which data is available?
What could prevent delivery?
How will we check the outcome?

02

Compare the approaches worth considering.

We weigh expected value against effort and dependencies. A better setup of existing software may be enough. Other tasks need automation or an agent. You see which approach we would pursue first and why.

A recommendation without AI is a useful result too.

03

Check what delivery needs.

Is the information complete and accessible? Can the systems connect? We review data, permissions and business requirements with your team. Open questions stay visible. Where needed, we agree on a small test before full development.

Assumptions stay visible until we have checked them.

04

Make a decision with a concrete plan.

You get a proposed first implementation: scope, requirements, responsibilities and criteria for a useful result. We include an assessment of effort and sequence. If you choose to build, our developers can work from that foundation.

Development starts with a separate agreement.

Common questions

Before we get started.

What does AI consulting involve?

AI consulting identifies where artificial intelligence can help your business. We examine the workflow, existing systems and available data. You get a reasoned next step, including a recommendation against AI when it adds no value. At STRIQ, the same people can then build the solution.

When is an AI knowledge base useful?

An AI knowledge base can help when your team repeatedly searches documents or instructions for the same information. During consulting, we review common questions, available sources and access permissions. We also agree on who keeps the content up to date. This helps determine whether improved search is enough or an AI assistant would be useful.

Do you offer AI consulting for small businesses?

Yes. You need a real workflow to improve and someone who knows it well enough to make decisions. You do not need an internal AI department. Our client work includes an independent regional manager and a tutoring business, each with a different operational need.

How much does AI consulting cost?

We agree on a fixed price for the defined consulting scope. The effort depends on the workflows, systems and checks involved. In the first conversation, we establish which questions the assessment should answer. Any subsequent development has its own scope and price.

What happens in the first conversation?

You describe how work happens and where it gets difficult. We ask questions and separate workflow, data and software issues from suitable AI tasks. Allow thirty minutes. You do not need to prepare documents.

What do we receive at the end of AI consulting?

You receive a recommendation with priorities, requirements and an assessment of effort. We describe the first proposed implementation and how to check its result. Open questions and assumptions remain clear. You can use this to make an internal decision, commission a useful test or discuss development with us.

Do you provide AI agent development services?

Yes. We build agents for defined tasks within existing or newly developed systems. First we establish the information they need, the actions they can take and how their results are checked. At MatheCode, a separate agent reviews changes before publication.

Will we need to replace our existing software?

Not necessarily. We first check what already works. Often the useful step is connecting information or adding a missing workflow. Custom software fits where an important process cannot otherwise be supported properly.

How do you handle business data?

We define who can access and change information for each task. Provider selection, contractual arrangements and processing locations form part of the project assessment. If processing must remain in the EU, we account for that when selecting the setup. Your data protection officer makes the legal assessment.

Can we work with STRIQ remotely?

Yes. We are based in Meerbusch near Düsseldorf and work remotely with businesses across Europe. You work directly with the people who build the system and the colleagues who understand your process.
